ABOUT ME

My name is Jermon Henry,

 and I am the voice of the

 "A Heart to Serve"

radio broadcast and author of

"70 Keys to Honoring God with How We Serve Him and Others".

I am a respected licensed minister with over 40 years experience serving in God's Kingdom by serving His house, His vision, His leaders, and His people in various capacities. 

My current ROLE in the

Body of Christ is a Fivefold-Ministry Teacher, who

 has been anointed by God

with prophetic graces. 

My current ASSIGNMENT is to repair and strengthen the 'SERVING' dynamic in the Body of Christ, helping pastors and churches fortify their Helps Ministry and other areas of need. 

I know that I am called, ordained, and anointed by the Holy Spirit for this role and assignment, and I do not take it lightly. 

Some of the strongest, proven ministry anointings on

 my life include:

(1)  I am anointed to help followers of Christ learn to develop a servant's heart, teaching them how to serve God acceptably and faithfully, according to scripture. 

(2) I specialize in training and coaching Helps Ministry workers, edifying and encouraging them,  elevating their commitment to excellence while sharpening

their character, teaching them the importance of faithful

 service and why it is crucial to

 the GREAT COMMISSION.

(3) I am anointed with valuable wisdom, guidance, and insight  for pastors and team leaders on the role of Helps Ministry and how to cultivate a healthy and productive serving culture in your church, while skillfully nurturing a strong volunteer workforce that feels appreciated and valued.

(4) I am anointed to exhort both leaders and laymen alike on valuable organizational principles such as unity, cohesiveness, teamwork, mutual respect, submission to authority, while also helping heal and repair broken and dysfunctional areas in the Body, promoting comradery and healthy cooperative-function as a unified body working together, the way

 the Creator intended.

These are just a few areas of proven anointings on my life, which, along with other prophetic graces, leave me well-equipped to serve God in whatever capacity He desires for any particular assignment.

Over the years, I have accumulated a number of specialty certificates, training assignments, and diplomas for various aspects of ministry, including prophetic ministry, apostolic ministry, evangelistic ministry, education ministry, music ministry, and general ministry, as well as earning Master of Divinity and Doctor of Divinity degrees from Full Counsel Bible College

(North Little Rock, AR).

During my lifetime, I have been blessed with many opportunities to develop considerable leadership experience and service-related acumen, including skills in operations management, hiring-training and development of personnel, mastering effective communication, skillful public speaking, project planning, team-building, system creation-implementation and management, and more, in both secular industry and religious occupation.

My wife Lettie and I have been married for over 33 years, and together have raised 5 children, learning along the way that there is no better training ground for the wisdom, skill, and maturity to serve God in ministry, than learning to love, serve, protect, and care for a spouse and

family in a way that reflects and conveys the love God has for them, and to manage a household with discipline, excellence, and grace that honors the Spirit of God.
